History of Notpron: (text originally in German language, translated via the Babel Fish)
Notpron (also not pr0n) is an online puzzle, which in July 2004 by David Münnich from Saarbrücken started. The mystery can be used with any online browser deal and set a high attention and a wealth of ideas to find the right solution.
The name is composed of the two English words and not pron. But pron an Internet variation of the word porn (Engl. pornographic). Thus Notpron is not pornographic.
Until now, Notpron over 10 million visitors, but only 161 of them have been in a position to the 139 level to solve. Spiegel Online in January 2006 described the game as one of the hardest puzzles on the Internet and great role model for websites such as Frvade.
Initially, the enigma from 5 levels, in the course of a year, came about a week from 2 to 3 new ones until the developer in July 2005 stopped the game to expand.
