So common sense tells you that the answer would be "deja vu" based from the hints "he knew the feeling" and "been there", but why isn't the username and password working? Then we can see from the source code "what language" and "use it properly" so you have to search how "deja vu" is written correctly and this answer will appear: déjà vu... this language is in French

It is the browser, it didn't take it in Chrome, but in IE it did, username and password (that is I guess why "not opera here" - and chrome). In Chrome I don't hear that infinite music, too.

the username was changed in 2013
